What if my manuscript does not use animation or other dynamic components, does that mean that it will not be accepted for publication in Earth Interactions?

Not at all. While Earth Interactions seeks to provide a means for authors to exploit the electronic medium, any scholarly work in the Earth system sciences will be considered for publication whether it uses these capabilities or not.
