What if my mouthguard doesn’t fit properly?
Your Shock Doctor Custom Mouthguard should fit comfortably and not rub or irritate your gums. If you experience irritation, you can dip that area of the mouthguard in hot water for 20 seconds. That will make the mouthguard more pliable, and you can refit/reshape it to your mouth. If you are still not satisfied with the fit, please contact Shock Doctor Customer Service at 1-866-364-1425 to discuss your problem. If the problem cannot be solved, we will provide new materials at no charge so that you can try again.
