What if my recommendations or transcripts are sent directly to the admissions office, not in my primary application packet?
Of course we prefer to receive all of your materials at once, but understand the complications that arise when requesting material from third parties. If these items are received in our office within two weeks of your application deadline they will be filed with your application. Be sure they are clearly labeled with your name, social security number (where applicable; if you do not have a social security number, please use your date of birth) and the program you are applying to. Materials must be mailed by the deadline, regardless of who sends them. We will not keep any materials sent before November 1, 2008 on file.
