What if no one is available to answer in the requesters language?
If a non-English request has sat for three days without an answer, it can be answered in English. If a translation is not available, you may be able to figure out the question using an automatic translator (see links). Do not provide an answer that has been run through an automatic translator unless you know the language well enough to clean up the translation. If you can not write a grammatically correct answer in the other language, answer in English. Add a comment like “If you need this answer to be translated into [language], please comment back to this support request” to the end of the answer. If possible, write this comment in the requester’s language (see below). Another option is to approach LiveJournal’s site translation teams for assistance, by posting in one of their official communities.
