What if the pending document is rejected or defective?
You will not receive notifications from the Activity Advisory service if a pending document is defective or rejected by the Land Title staff. Customers who have arrangements with Law Firms or Title Search Agents should maintain those arrangements to accommodate situations where there are problems with documents submitted to the Land Title office.
