What if the watch received is sized differently to the requested size?
The Gillett’s Jewellers sizing team makes every effort to size your watch exactly to your specifications. However, there are some inherent limitations with watch sizing: 1. Sizing to .5cm/.25 inch tolerance is difficult on some watches because the links are larger than .5cm/.25 inches. 2. We measure the internal circumference of the watch to match the measurements that customers provide. Sometimes customers do not follow the watch sizing instructions that we provide and arrive at an incorrect measurement. From time to time, a watch may arrive sized differently than the customer expected. We provide sizing as a free service and you will receive all the links we have removed, so that further adjustments can be made by a local jeweler if required. Gillett’s Jewellers will not subsidize any costs associated with local sizing in any form (nor shipping and associated fees) as our professionals do their best to ensure your watch is sized exactly to your requested specifications.
