What information can be obtained from the Info Point?
In the first place, travellers with a disability or impairment need reliable information. Instead of simply trusting a logo in one or other tourist brochure, therefore, we use as many independent sources as possible, and we prefer objective data obtained by specialised research agencies. In addition, we use the subjective experiences of travellers who themselves have some kind of impairment. Both types of information can be found on the website: references to the available databases and results of research by Belgian and foreign professional research agencies and the personal experiences of private holidaymakers.
