What ingredients constitute Tracon?
There are several things which make Tracon different from the other available organizations. 1) Combat is re-created through the use of safe foam padded weapons. Because of this… 2) No armor is required in order to participate in combat. Our weapons are constructed to meet rigid safety standards which help ensure that nobody gets hurt. 3) Our padded weapons are built out of materials which simulate the weight of the real thing. We decided to do this for one main reason: realism. Tracon weapons force us to emulate the fighting styles and techniques which existed when people were still doing this for real. This makes for both a more physical experience, and something which looks more interesting to watch. 4) There is no magic involved in combat. This makes Tracon a much easier group for new people to get into, and also drastially reduced the number of rules disputes which might arise while on the battle field.
