What is a custom-made die-cutter or die-cut machine?
Our Die-cut machine is actually a mini Roller-Press. The main parts of the machine are a gear-motor and two steel rollers. The die-cut process starts when a sheet of material you want to cut is sandwiched between a steel rule die (the blade) and a cutting mat and passed through the two steel rollers. The squeeze action presses down the steel die and the cutting mat makes a cut. We can build die-cut machines in different sizes, shapes and power. However, we will only build die-cut machines to meet our customers specifications.
