What is a dispatch card and how do I get one?
Similar to a credit card, a dispatch card is an alternative to a memo. You may order a dispatch card by faxing a request to 754-9400. Dispatch Cards are available for departments to purchase. To purchase a card, send a request on department letterhead through campus mail to Fleet Services or fax to 754-9400. The request will need to include; department name, DaFis account number and/or 4 digit ID, an authorized signature and the address where to mail the card(s). Also include the account number to charge the cost of the Dispatch Card. For current cost, call 752-0787.
