What is a fondant?
Fondant is a dough like icing that is rolled out and placed over cake. We use this so the cake has a flawless finish. The fondant that we use, we make it our self’s. We make it out marshmallows and confectioners sugar. We do not use the traditional fondant that most use, due the taste is not very popular. We do put a layer of traditional frosting of your choice on before the cake is covered in the fondant.
