What is a good recipe with pastry?
What do you mean? Do you want to know what to do with pastry or do you want a good pastry recipe? What kind of pastry are you asking about, too, as there are several? Edit: There are lots of pies to be made out there. Jut pick your favorite fruit or pudding filling. But something real simple to do that everyone I know loves to eat is this. Roll out your pastry into a large rectangle, maybe 1/8″ thick. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up from the long side tightly. Then slice into 1/2″ slices. Lay them on a cookie sheet. Brush tops with a little more butter. Bake in 375°F 15-20 minutes, until they are brown and done. Let cool a little then et while warm. Other things you can do is wrap fruit, like apples in pastry or put in a nice meat filling or potatoes and meat. You can bake all in a moderately hot oven 375°F.
