What is a HIP?
A HIP is a “Home Information Pack” and is required for all sale properties. It comprises the Local Authority Search, Water Drainage Search, an Index and Sale Statement, an Energy Performance Certificate and Office Copy Entries of the Title or evidence of your Title to the property and, if the property is leasehold, then a copy of the Lease is required in the HIP. Adams & Remers can provide you with your Home Information Pack at a competitive price and if you instruct us in the sale, we will not charge for the preparing the HIP, although we do have to make a charge for the cost of the searches and the Energy Performance Certificate.
