A hitch is an 11 day on, 3 day off cycle. During a hitch you will work 5 days, a day off in the field, then 5 more days of work then you come back to our basecamp facility, clean everything used during that hitch then you will have three days off. The hitch system is only for the Spring & Fall 8-Week Crews and the SFT Crew.
