As you’d suspect, a hybrid scooter uses both gasoline and electricity, thereby offsetting the weaknesses of both fuel sources. Hybrids are still being tested and developed, but early models show that hybrids will probably be even more fuel-efficient and cost-effective than gas powered or electric models.
