What is a Mandatory Activity?
A Mandatory Activity is an activity in a Checklist Template which a user cannot edit or delete once the Checklist Template is applied to a transaction. Mandatory Activities are useful if you would like reminders every time an important task is taking longer than usual in a transaction, even if there may be valid reasons for that task to be overdue. The name and due date cannot be changed on a Mandatory Activity once that activity is part of a Transaction.
