What is a microwave-convection oven?
It’s the best of both worlds…microwave and thermal cooking. The oven is really three oven functions in one cavity. First, it’s a cool, straight microwave. Second, it is a small hot oven that operates on 110 volts and has a fan inside the cavity to move the air and speed cooking. Third, you can marry the two functions so that you can “combination” cook with the speed of microwaves and heat to do some browning. It’s available as a countertop or an over-the-range microwave.
