What is a nice but inexpensive dessert?
I went to a BQ potluck the other night and they served banna splits! They were so yummy! Seems we are always going to BQ’s and I like to take rhubarb cake…. just put chopped rhubarb in the bottum of a 9×13 pan, sprinkle a package strawberry jello over the top and top with a french vanilla cake mix (made according to package…use the baking directions also) Below is another favorate dessert (Pretzel Dessert) I also like to make take for parties. I also made the coffee lovers for a dinner with friends and it was very good….I just doubled the recipe I looked it up on the taste of home web site. http://www.tasteofhome.com **************************************… Pretzel Dessert Ingredients: 2 cups crushed pretzels 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup butter 2 envelopes whipped topping mix 1 cup cold milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1 cup confectioners’ sugar 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling Directio
