What is a nice curry powder or paste?
powder is simply raw prepared spice but paste the spices have been cooked out so it is not gritty to eat if using powder you would have to cook out the spices to prevent the raw taste of spices and them being gritty remember too that tasting curry before it has a chance of cooking out will give you a false taste coz as it cooks out it will get hotter a lesson i learned some years ago as i thought it would not be hot enough so i kept adding more chilly and more curry paste and boy was it hot
