What is a polar shift? Will it affect the Earth in any way?

0

The Mayans,Egyptians, and many other ancient societies had rightly predicted polar shifts. The next major one will be in 2012,where the magnetic north and south poles will shift. This shift happens every 26,000 years and due in about 4 years. The earths crust will move in such a way that the poles will be moved to the equators.Global warming is just the first signs of the polar shift, and the actual shift could take years or abruptly in just weeks or days.Massive changes in sea levels, famine ,and dramatic changes will take place with at least half of all living things will die.It will not be the end of the earth but will have changed beyond our comprehension.
