What is a Registration Number and what is a Validation Number?
When you launch each program for the first time after installing it, you will be presented with a dialog box that gives a multi-digit number. This is your Version ID Code. Write down this number and contact Quest Reliability, LLC by telephone, fax, or email and we will provide you with a corresponding Key Code. Once you have correctly entered the key code, the program will be authorized for your subsquent use. Note that you will be required to do this only once per year (when your license is renewed), unless you transfer the license to another computer or your hard drive crashes. If you choose not to renew your maintenance when it expires, you will be able to continue using the program, but you will not be authorized to use versions created after your license expiration date.
