What is a Reproducible Set of Luxury House Plans?
Complete set of luxury house plans on an erasable paper called Mylar, sepia, or vellum. This is what you want if you are planning to make slight changes to your blueprints. Once you’ve made your changes, you are able to make all of the duplicates you need to build from. Not all of our designers offer this choice, so check to make sure it is offered. A Reproducible Set includes a copyright release allowing you to legally make duplicates of copyrighted plans. It does not, however, give you the license to build more than one home from the plan without a Multi-Use Construction License.
