What is a secure CRM case?

0

A secure case is a case that has been marked (either by the case requester or a CRM Agent) to have some kind of confidential information. Once enabled, the details (and summary) for that case will only be viewable to members of whichever support group the case is currently assigned to. All CRM Agents will still, however, be able to view who the case is assigned to, the case status, etc. This is useful in cases where a customer is perhaps providing several confidential details in their case summary/details (Social Security Number, birthday, ASU ID#) and they would like to keep that information as secure as possible.
