What is a security challenge question and why is it required?
Albina is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Online Banking customers. An additional layer of security is included in our login process to ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft. During the first time login process, you will be asked to select three security challenge questions, and provide answers to the questions. Please make sure that you select questions that you can easily remember, but are not well known to others. (The security challenge questions can be changed later using “Options,” and are case sensitive). If you attempt to login to your Albina account on a computer that has not been registered as a Personal Computer, you will be asked to answer one of the three security challenge questions. To protect the security of your account information, three incorrect answers, regardless of the timeframe over which this occurs, will result in your account being disabled.
