A financial interest is significant and must be disclosed if: • It is an equity interest the value of which exceeds $10,000 from one enterprise or entity; or represents more than a 5% ownership interest in any one enterprise or entity, when aggregated for the member and his or her family members for the Disclosure Period; or • It is salary, royalties, or similar payments which exceed, or are expected to exceed, $10,000 within any one-year period, when aggregated for the member and his or her family members.
