What is a typical day like in the LDP?
Most days are spent from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in a classroom setting, though each day is different. There are times when you will leave the classroom for a unique training experience such as spending time with one of BB&T’s Executive Management members, or joining your fellow Leadership Associates on a teambuilding exercise.
