What is a Web based Malware?
Malware is any malicious software designed to harm a computer system or data. Web based Malware are those that spread through the web using vulnerable websites. When websites with Malware are visited, the malware downloads and infects the accessing computer silently without the user’s knowledge. These attacks can be very difficult to detect. Even a site that looks safe may be secretly trying to attack the visitor. The Malware can harm your computer or steal your personal information without your knowledge.
