What is a website and what is a web page?
A web page may look like a normal document page on your computer screen, but it is really created with special program coding (called HTML) and graphic images. A website usually consists of more than one web page – although most people simply use the term ‘website’ to encompass both. More and more businesses are finding the cost of advertising on the web cheaper than big ads in local newspapers or large metropolitan newspapers. TV commercials now refer to the company website where they can include an abundance of product information for perspective buyers.
