A Website Developer is a programmer who creates and installs programs that run on web servers (ex: Linux/Apache) but not on the surfer’s browser (ex: Netscape). The Developer creates scripts and databases that instruct the server to automatically create web pages. The end result of his / her work is a website containing “dynamically generated” web pages.
