When you complete the MAT program, the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) will issue you a license that authorizes you to teach at stipulated grade levels. The levels are Early Childhood (ages 3 years through grade 4), Elementary School (grades 3 through 8 in an elementary school), Middle School (grades 5 through 9 in a middle school) High School (grades 7 through 12).
