What is an “S” district?

0

Every General Use District has a corresponding “S”, or Special District (S-District). An S-District may allow one or more permitted uses that are permitted by right in the corresponding General Use District. In addition, City Council may place additional provisions or restrictions on the associated S-District Permit. This is considered CONDITIONAL ZONING in North Carolina.
