What is AutoManager and how does it work?
AutoManager is a PC based program that is installed at your premises. This can be on a single or multi-user basis. All of your relevant fleet vehicle details are loaded into AutoManager (existing data can be electronically downloaded). AutoManager is designed to take downloads from all of the fuel card providers as well as the leasing information from eFleet. If you are using multiple leasing providers we can merge these files into one data set and download it. AutoManager is also able to interface to Finance systems. We currently have interfaces in place for SAP and Oracle GLs. We are also able build an adhoc interface if your Finance system is different to these. This means that data from multiple suppliers, including eFleet, is downloaded into AutoManager and, once verified, exported to your Finance system with the appropriate GL and Cost Centre codes.
