What is available for current awareness or automatic updates?
DialogWeb provides two types of current awareness options, Dialog Alerts and Table of Contents Alerts. These options allow you to track topics of interest automatically, without having to log on to Dialog or DialogWeb and conduct a search. Dialog Alerts lets you store a search and have it run automatically when a database is updated. The stored search is run against the new items in the database and the results are sent to you immediately by email, fax, or postal delivery. Subscriptions to Table of Contents Alerts enable you to receive email messages with a listing of article titles from a desired publication. You order the fulltext article by sending reply email.
