What is being done to upgrade & update some of the tired and dated common area landscaping?
The newly formed Landscape & Grounds Committee is charged with the responsibility of creating a global Landscape Enhancement Plan which will include tree replacement, irrigation updates/upgrades and the introduction of new plant material that is both approved by the City of McKinney and drought tolerant. The Committee and Boards goal is to adopt a plan and implement it in a way that addresses the community needs in a priority order while remaining financially responsible. Updates on the progress of the plans creation can be found on www.StonebridgeConnects.com and in the monthly SRCA newsletter.
