We are exploring two options. 1) The construction on site of a wastewater treatment plant (a membrane bioreactor type system) and municipal water system to adequately supply the planned community. 2) Based on preliminary meetings with the city, we may submit a development agreement for the city’s consideration and approval to hook up to the City of Emmett’s water and sewer.
