What is Challenge Response?
Challenge Response is a mechanism that allows you to supply the answers to a preset list of questions, in order to subsequently obtain a new password online should you forget your password. We recommend that you setup your Challenge Response answers the first time that you login to QUT-Access. After doing this, you can obtain a new password at any time of day or night by successfully answering at least three of the Challenge Response questions, according to the answers previously supplied by you.
