What is CHDP – Gateway?
CHDP (Child Health & Disability Prevention) is a State funded program that provides free periodic preventive health services known as well-child check-ups or physicals, or health assessments to income eligible children and teens up to age 19, and to Med-Cal eligible children and teens up to age 21. Income eligible children receive services through the Public Health Department and private clinics or doctors offices. Click here for more information.
