Any artwork that is submitted consisting of sharp, high-contrast, color-separated black-and-white art which requires no artist touch-up is considered reproducible artwork. This may be in the form of logo slicks or electronically supplied on computer disk. If supplied on disk, the preferred file formats include QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Postscript. A hard copy of the artwork must also be supplied with the anything submitted electronically. Artwork that is not considered reproducible is subject to clean-up and additional charges. If charges are expected to exceed $25 the customer will be notified in advance. Artwork will be returned to the customer, if requested. In some cases it may also be necessary to get a signed logo release to ensure that no infringements on intellectual property rights are being made by processing the order. Generally speaking we do not consider the following items to be reproducible artwork: Yellow Page ads, faxed art, T-shirts, photocop
