Identity Theft Insurance includes Lost Wages, Legal Costs, and Costs You incur for re-filing loan applications for loans, grants, other credit or debit instruments that are rejected solely as a result of the lender receiving incorrect information as the result of ID Theft. Identity Theft Insurance is not available to residents of New York State.
