What is Cutting Tool Integration?
Our definition of cutting tool integration is that we manage the cutting tool purchasing and inventory operations for our customers. In doing that, we become their primary cutting tool supplier and provide three important functions: 1. Our technical staff partners with the customer to select the right cutting tools for the parts theyre machining. We document these savings and typically save the customer up to 20% in tooling costs. 2. We provide software to manage their cutting tool inventory both in the tool crib and in vending machines located on the plant floor. 3. We put consignment inventory at the customers facility and bill them monthly as the inventory is used. How does cutting tool integration benefit our customers?
