What is different between Streamlined Search and Executive Search?
The largest difference is in candidate cultivation. In an executive search Koya’s research and outreach team will spend 15-30 hours researching passive candidates who fit the criteria of the role and making hundreds of outreach phone calls and emails to introduce the opportunity and convince them to apply. In the Streamlined Search, Koya focuses on evaluating, interviewing, and communicating with the active candidate pool that has applied to the open position. There are additional differences as well.
