What is different between this program and the Personal Enhancement Program (PEP)?
ADM(HR-Mil) Instruction 17/04 targets Regular Force members studying part-time, and its focus is strictly academic and professional development. PEP ER covered a much broader range of reimbursable activities, including second career transition type training that is now covered under CBI 210.802. The requirement for an ILP provides for greater accountability by the department and on the part of the member.
