What is Elliptical?
Elliptical is the natural state of a creative mind, and by fortuitous coincidence, it is also the name of our wine club, the Elliptical Society. Though Elliptical describes the vast motion of the planets themselves, Elliptical is also micro – very micro in our case, as most of our wines are sold to our wine club.
