Through the Employee Self Serve application all regular RIT employees are able to view and change selected personal data within the HR/Payroll applications including personal and employment information, their paystub, banking and tax withholding information. Note: Information on the Oracle Financial Applications (e.g. Purchasing, General Ledger) can be found at: http://finweb.rit.edu/controller/oracle.html.

Employee Self Serve (ESS) is a convenient, secure, and user-friendly resource accessed online through the BSU-ESS portal. It provides all employees online access to personal information contained on the Payroll/Human Resource file and is a useful tool to assist in keeping your records up to date. What you need to use ESS: BSU ID (omit first zero) or social security number A distinct PIN number Once in ESS, you may use the navigation bar or site map to access any of the employee service features available in Employee Self Serve.
