ER – P Res provides reimbursement of 50% of education expenses as defined in CBI 210.801. Up to $2,000 may be claimed after the completion of an academic year for members studying towards a degree or diploma at a Canadian university, college or other education institution. In order to receive reimbursement, members must hold the Basic Military Qualification (BMQ) or equivalent recruit course required by the members P Res element. Members must maintain effective strength status and present proof of successful completion of the academic courses. The maximum benefit for all service in the P Res is $8,000.
