The program is designed to help you to develop a comprehensive program to develop skills and experience to enable you to obtain employment that pays a liveable wage. Once you establish employment, an escrow fund is created to save money on your behalf. Once you have met the goals of the program you will have access to this escrow fund to spend as you wish.
