Our feedback rating shows to various users how credible or how reliable the user is as a seller or as a buyer. It is a historical account of customer satisfaction on the user’s auction activities. A person with a high seller rating (high in positive feedbacks) will show other users how trustworthy the user is. A person with a negative rating (negative feedback) will show other users how unreliable or how unsafe it is to deal with the user.
