An eDoc™ folder can be synchronized with any Windows folder. So any file added or updated in the windows folder it will automatically be imported/filed/updated in the synchronized eDoc™ folder. When you create a new eDoc folder or when you select [Folder properties] you can define or delete a synchronized folder in Windows by selecting [Sync] or [Delete Sync].
