Fondant is a type of sugar dough that is rolled out like pie dough and draped over our butter cream icing and creates a porcelain smooth finish. Fondant cakes can be crimped on, painted on and piped on with icing and can also be tinted any color. Fondant also keeps the cake moist. We make our own fondant in several flavors and it is sweet without any bitter after taste.
