Host Print Transform is the OS/400 function responsible for converting SCS and AFP spooled file to other formats. The supported output formats include PCL4, PCL5, PPDS, TIFF and Postscript. Host Print Transform is configured using Workstation Customization Objects (*WSCST) and is typically used to convert spooled files to PCL5 to be able to print them on remote network printers.
